By downloading, installing, or using Miso ("the app," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Miso is an iOS application that provides AI-powered drawing instruction, image-to-outline tracing, and structured drawing courses. Some features require an active subscription; others are available free of charge.
You may use Miso anonymously or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and your Apple ID. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Miso offers two paid tiers: Miso Plus ($7.99/month or $59/year) and Miso Pro ($12.99/month or $99/year). Free users have limited access to certain features as described in the app.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your iTunes account will be charged at the time of purchase or trial conversion. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Annual plans may include a free trial period. You will be charged for the full annual subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings app on your iOS device under your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Miso. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
When you upload a photo to Miso for analysis or tracing, you retain all ownership rights to that photo. By uploading, you grant Artilisious a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photo solely to provide the requested feature (such as generating drawing guidance). We do not use your photos for any other purpose, and we do not use them to train AI models.
When using Miso, you agree not to:
The drawing guidance, color palettes, and other AI-generated content provided by Miso are intended as creative suggestions to support your learning. They are not a substitute for professional art education, and we make no warranty about the artistic quality or correctness of any specific output. Your creative work and how you use the AI's suggestions are entirely your responsibility.
You may stop using Miso at any time. You may delete your account from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Miso is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artilisious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Miso. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app. Continued use of Miso after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
